Get your blood pumping and your legs moving with a 1-mile walk/run. While still competitive, a majority of our athletes are truly racing the clock or against themselves. The run course is an out and back so you can roll right back into the transition area to get ready for the bike ride.

 

The bike portion comes next for safety; athletes are semi-fresh and not near the peak of their endurance, hop on your wheels, and complete the bike course of 10 miles. The bike course is also an out and back so that you can cheer on the other athletes.

 

The last leg of the duathlon is the run/walk because it is where you get your moment of glory. Sprint to the finish line, ham for the cam, wave to your pit crew.
